Do you have wireless internet connections available?
Yes... If you have a computer with wireless capability, you can now connect in the WERC facility. Open your Network Connections, and double click on Wireless Network Connection. When the "Choose a wireless network window" opens, select "0013A3DD8436" if you are in the office and "Frontier" if you are in the Training Center
What are your normal business hours?
WERC’s normal business hours are from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. with the exception of federal holidays.
Do you provide coffee, drinks, food, cups, eating utensils, napkins, etc. for workshops?
As a federal agency, we cannot purchase these types of items with taxpayers' dollars.
Can you open early to accommodate caterers, breakfasts, etc.?
Yes, we can open early and can also stay later to accommodate workshops that end later in the day. Please request this when setting up your workshop.

We will be charging a fee for our workshop. Who will be responsible for collecting the fee?

We encourage you to put your brochure on our web page. Please coordinate this when setting up your workshop.
How many people can you accommodate in your training room?
Our Training Center is designed to accommodate 46 people. Please see the “About Our Facility” page for photos of our training room.
Do you allow vendors to set up displays during the workshops?
We do have a limited amount of space that can be used for vendors to set up displays. Please coordinate when setting up your workshop.
Do you have agreements with any motels?
We have no agreements with area motels; however, we do provide a list of area motels on our “Accommodations” page .
