The New York-New Jersey Highlands Regional Study Technical Report is a very large document (317 pages with many graphics); therefore, we provided both pdf and html versions which had to be broken down by section(s). Note: Allow sufficient time for the entire document to load in your browser. The html document will load much faster than the pdf document.
This New York-New Jersey Highlands Regional Study Technical Report, accompanies the New York-New Jersey Highlands Regional Study: 2002 Update. The technical Report provides greater detail on the data sources, methodology, and results concerning the assessment and analysis conducted as part of the Study Update.
