Colorado Spruce

A coarse-textured, pyramidal upright tree hardy as far north as zone 2. Attaining a height of 60 feet and a width of 20 feet, Colorado spruce is ideally used as a windbreak or a specimen. Plants withstand urban stress and are tolerant of poor soil and hot and dry conditions. Much variation in foliage color occurs in seed-grown plants, resulting in trees with various shades of blue, gray and green foliage.
