Habit:
Small, mounded, compact.
Flowers/fruit: Violet-pink to purple, 4" panicles,
appearing in early spring, fragrant.
Description: One of the best lilacs
for flower effect and because of its compact size 'Palibin' is a great
multi-purpose shrub. Very tolerant of urban stress, mildew resistant.
