HARDINESS: zone 5 to 8.
HABIT: Conical becoming rounded with age.
FOLIAGE: 2" to 4" heart shaped
leaves emerging purple in spring and turning blue green and then yellow-orange
in fall.
DESCRIPTION: Relatively resistant to diseases and pests,
attractively foliage throughout the growing season. Stressed in poor or
compacted soil and not drought tolerant.
